As the Financial Crime Compliance Manager at nCino KYC Africa, she plays a key role in shaping our compliance strategies and ensuring adherence to the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA).She holds an Honours degree in Compliance Management and is a Certified Global Sanctions Specialist (CGSS).Thilomi is a member of the Global Coalition to Fight Financial Crime for the Africa Chapter. Thilomi is also a recognized thought leader, having hosted a panel discussion in 2025 with industry titans, Adv Xolisile Khanyile, Pieter Smit and Chad Thomas.

Mahluleli is a highly experienced financial crime compliance professional with over a decade of expertise in AML, CTF, forensic investigations, and regulatory compliance. He currently serves as Principal Financial Crime Compliance Officer at nCino KYC Africa, where he advises and supports accountable institutions on meeting the requirements of South Africa’s FIC Act.
His career includes key roles at Ernst & Young, nCino KYC, and Investec Bank, where he led AML/CTF initiatives, risk-based compliance strategies, and forensic investigations.

Laché is part of the Compliance team at nCino KYC with over 4 years of experience in Financial Crime Compliance. She holds a Honours Degree in Political Science and has worked in compliance roles within the financial sector which has given her both experience and knowledge on the Know Your Customer process and Enhanced Due Diligence.
Her practical experience includes onboarding intricate and complex entity types, investigation of high risk clients, sanctions and Politically Exposed Persons. Laché has been an integral member of the nCino KYC in house watchlist team that curated the DPEP database and has an advanced understanding of Schedules 3A and 3C of the act.
