Why you should attend?
The Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) requires that all Accountable Institutions must determine whether their prospective client, existing client, UBO of their client and person acting on behalf of the client, holds either a DPEP/FPEP/PIP position or are an immediate family member or known close associate of one. Accountable Institutions must be able to identify PEPs because their prominent public position and access to public funds may increase the risk of their involvement in bribery and corruption. This training was created to equip businesses and individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to manage the risk associated with PEPS
