Fighting Financial Crime Conference 2026 Competition Terms
Prize:
The prize is two (2) complimentary tickets to attend the Fighting Financial Crime Conference 2026 on 24 June 2026 at The Forum, Bryanston.
The prize does not include travel, accommodation, parking, meals, or any other costs associated with attending the event. All such costs are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Eligibility:
The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years and older residing in South Africa.
Employees, directors, and immediate family members of nCino KYC Africa and its affiliates are not eligible to enter.
Entrants must have a valid LinkedIn profile.
nCino KYC Africa reserves the right to disqualify any applicant who cannot be verified or any entries that it reasonably believes are not compliant with the terms herein (including but not limited to any submissions using fake profiles).

nCino KYC Africa shall process the applicant’s personal data in accordance with nCino’s Privacy Statement found at: https://kycafrica.ncino.com/privacy-policy/
Competition Period
The competition opens on 10 April 2026 and closes on 8 May 2026 at 23:59 SAST.
Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
- Follow the nCino KYC Africa LinkedIn page
- Share the designated competition post to their LinkedIn feed.
- Tag at least two (2) connections in the comments of the original competition post.
Only one (1) entry per person will be counted regardless of the number of tags or shares.
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries.
The draw will take place on or before 11 May 2026.
The winner will be notified via LinkedIn direct message and/or a comment on the competition post.
The winner must acknowledge and accept the prize within fourteen (14) calendar days of being notified. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited, and nCino KYC Africa reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
The winner will be announced on the nCino KYC Africa LinkedIn page.
General
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
nCino KYC Africa reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, nCino KYC Africa shall have no liability towards any applicants, participants or winners.
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with LinkedIn. By entering, participants release LinkedIn from any liability.
nCino KYC Africa’s decision on all matters relating to the competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
